Hi, Has anyone been traveling and had to bring back many cans back on a plane? I'm going overseas and feel I'll probably be taking back some cans I find along the way. I think it's best they're empty - so they're lighter. In the past, I've brought empty cans back through my luggage (protected them carefully). Also, I've brought back many full cans on my carry-on luggage (in 2006 before the liquid ban). Any tips or advice? ------- rft3.wordpress.com/

Once, when I was working across the country for a few months, I mailed a few boxes of empty cans back home to myself at the end of my stay. I would be afraid that empty cans in your suitcase would get dented. And that full cans would either explode, get punctured, be too heavy or be tossed in the garbage by security.

Yeah, that's true - mailing a box back home to myself would be a good option if I gather a lot during the trip. -------- rft3.wordpress.com/
